From talking in schools to presenting at corporate conferences, teaching travel writing and filmmaking workshops and seminars, moderating discussion panels and MCing, she is determined to make your event inspirational, motivational and tailored to your audience.
From 2012-2018 she hosted Wanderlust’s annual World Guide Awards at the Royal Geographical Society in London, taught a variety of Travel Writing, Blogging, Pitching and Filmmaking workshops at the Adventure Travel Show and Destinations Holiday Show in Olympia as well as the Adventure Travel Film Festival. Over lockdown she gave near monthly talks over Zoom to reader events, tourist board's inspiring evenings and school's adventure lectures.
She’s spoken to sell-out crowds at Cheltenham Literary Festival, Countryfile Live, Bristol’s Wilderness Lectures, The Good Life Experience, Explorers’ Connect, Night of Adventure, Basecamp Festival, Explore at the RGS, Birdfair, Steppes Beyond Festival, Tales of Adventure, Stanford’s Travel Writing Festival, Borders Book Festival and more. She’s also spoken in high schools around the UK and been a Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award Presenter at St James’ Palace on several occasions.
