In the last month Phoebe has been exploring ways to help us be more mindful in our travels – from camping trips to the perfect destinations to slow down and live in the moment.

As Sleep Storyteller-in-Residence at Calm, she finds herself increasingly trying to notice everything when she travels on assignment. Back in the Autumn last year she took part on a special Street Wisdom experience – you can hear how she got on with it here.

But right here in the UK she grabbed her tent and decided to camp a little more mindfully, for an article she wrote for the Caravan and Camping Club Magazine’s latest issue.

But if you want to jet overseas, she has 7 wonderful suggestions in her column from wandering amid the lavender fields in Provence, to standing above the clouds in Scotland or forest bathing in Sweden. No matter where you go, try switching off your phone, noticing the little things and living in the moment.
